She lies that Si Hyun and herself are actually in love with each other and that Si Hyun's only acting this way toward Tae Hee in order to hide it.

Finally, Si Hyun regains consciousness, and Tae Hee leaves the country without seeing his face. Five years have passed, and Tae Hee now works as an architecture. She complains about a new client of hers who keeps asking whether the terrace she is going to build would be a good place to spot constellations.
