Yang Jung Guk is a con artist that has pride in his job. As his last con before he retires, he targets Park Sang Pil. Jung Guk with his team of con artists, he manages to get 60 million dollars. Now with this money, he plans to marry his girlfriend and live a happy life. Meanwhile, Kim Mi Young, a detective, is on duty to catch criminals but sees her boyfriend’s car park at a motel.

They are madly in love with each other, and without knowing each other's jobs, they get married.

After accidentally beating up a passer-by who happens to be a vicious serial killer, Jung Gook becomes a national sensation. Since people are always around him, Hoo Ja withdraws from killing Jung Gook for now and focuses on winning over assemblymen to help her business.

As he doesn't wish to lose Mi Young, Jung Gook gives in and returns to Hoo Ja. Hoo Ja now has the upper hand against Jung Gook and Joo Myung. The three of them has to work together to make Jung Gook win the election and become an assemblyman.

However, this puts pressure on Sang Jin, giving him only one option to take the lead, which is to meet with Hoo Ja.

As he is given no choice, he plans to expose Jung Gook's secret to the public and Mi Young.

Meanwhile, Assemblyman Kim Nam Hwa receives a file on Jung Gook and holds a press conference.
